Kim is a Tae Kwon Do master
with wife and two kids (Dong Hwan
and Jae Hoon), he joined the South Town tournaments
as well as the KOF tournament. To get a team, he captured two escaped criminals,
Choi
and Chang, and forced them to join
him. Later, he has also teamed up with his rival
Jhun
and up-comer May Lee. His belief in good and his
quest for justice borders on obsession and he has no mercy for evil. His
famous quote is "evil is unforgivable!"

REVIEW:
The fact that
Kim "believes in good" and is clearly a good guy is stereotypically
what a TaeKwonDo practitioner should be according to the well known "tenets
of TKD"... I should know, being a TKD master myself. Heh heh.
Kim's look is cool, yet very traditional for a TKD guy. And yeah, he looks a bit
like Tom Cruise in certain pics... Heh heh. His Tae Kwon Do
style is accurate for the most part, yet very exaggerated, but overall he fights
and acts a lot like a real TKD practitioner
would. He wasn't very exciting as a design in his debut or in the early Fatal
Fury series, but in later games he acquired some killer moves!
